download from all tabs

Kget currently has an option to get links from the current konqueror tab, but one feature that other download managers have that I think kget should have as well is the option to get links from all tabs in the current konqueror window.

I don't think "all" is good one. Better would be any tabs by displaying checkbox list of tabs. By this it could display links form all open windows by creating lets say a tree
