better remembering of form of information

Currently when you do things like reload a page or detach a tab you lose all form information you have entered. This is somewhat odd, considering duplicating tabs preserves form information and even if you crash konqueror you get the form information back if you restore the session. I think konqueror should preserve form information in these cases as well, if not for usefulness then just for consistency.
