I think there is a need (at least mine:)) for action "delete history/cookies/buffer etc." in toolbar and of course a customizable key shortcut for it, like for other actions. Today there is no way for quick history deletion - you need to browse through whole configuration window to do this. Maybe it would be useful to ask user what he want to delete or if he want to see this question at all (just quick delete).
