In Gwenview's right-click menu when using "browse" mode, where you see all the pictures in a folder, there are options to trash or delete images. However, if you enter "view" mode, where you see a single picture, there are no such options. The only ways to trash or delete pictures are to go back to browse mode and then delete it, or add the trash and/or delete buttons to the toolbar. Neither seems efficient to me, I think it would be better if you could delete a picture directly from within view mode.

Similarly, the delete keyboard button does not work in view mode, but it does work in browse mode.

the options are available on the right hand side where the file information is displayed (you can toggle the visibility of it)

You are right, it is. I still would like to have it in the right-click menu and have the delete key enabled.
