Can set window to be on top/below others, collapse to tile bar and show on all desktops.

I'd like to get a mixed feature of always on top and collapse to title bar.


Imagine if you are working with many documents. You pin in this way your main document.
First benefit would be a shorter mouse move between working area and focusing that window.
Second - easier to get back to right document, if there are working with many documents of same type its hard to select the one in seconds
Third you are waiting for some change (like new email in gmail) they are represented in title bar. Having it in eye level make it easier to spot changes, especially, than that app is grouped in taskbar
