Many buttons (for example, the kickoff menu's 'back' button), are far too small for a touchscreen interface.

Solution;

Create a pre-set interface for touchscreen interfaces. a 'Dock' style might be advisable here. Change button size/shape to accomodate fingers (smallest shape for ease of use, about twice the size of the end of your index finger)
