[Kmail] Better structured folder view in "Sent-Mail folder"

Hi,

when writing an e-mail you can enable the "Sent-Mail folder" option by clicking on "View"->"Sent-Mail Folder".

Unfortunately the folders are shown in a flat list. Thus it is rather hard to find the right folder.
It would be nice, if the folders are shown in a tree-like structure.
