use similar effect to flip switch / cover switch / present windows / cube etc to present pages in okular and gwenview

by default uses same effect as kwin if desktop effects are enabled. can be configured alone or switched off in application

I think the switching paradigm used in present windows is completely different to the one required for sequentially flipping photos or pages in a document. There may be other places (such as file browsing) where this idea might work however.
