I have just seen another game-missing topic, so.. it\'s time for another request
![]() Long time ago single player "Mahjong" (well, mainly same tiles) was introduced in KDE, but there\'s nothing about the true game, in any of its variants, including: - Classic chinese http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mahjong - Riichi Mahjong http://ofb.net/~whuang/ugcs/gp/mahjong/mahjong.html Considering the amount of people in the world that play any of them, it looks interesting to include an implementation in KDE. Which modes should be available, at least? - Classic chinese, with different tournament rules (i don\'t really play this variant). - Riichi Mahjong (nashi, ari classic/red, european rules, charleston..). Besides many chinese/japanese people probably can help with the documentation, translations and accurate rulesets. I did join in a document some information about rules in Riichi Mahjong. It is in spanish, and can be included (after some formatting, of course). As you can see this IS a multiplayer game, so the goal is being able to create games, join games, view replays, and optionally having a player rank.. between friends (the usual client/server schema ![]() What do you think? The classical multiplayer mahjongg is already being worked on, see trunk/playground/games/kmj.
