I hope the title is right

The What\'s this?" (\'?\' in the title bar or Shift+F1) text is very hard to get. In the Systemsettings module "Window Behavior Configuration Module" (I hope it\'s right) are a lot of "What\'s this?" but nobody knows that they are there. If there could be a small \'?\' on hovering widgets with such texts you would get help easier. (It should be configureable). On hovering the \'?\' you would get the text.
