Although there is currently a classic application launcher, it looks very poor and does not integrate well with the rest of the desktop. I suggest it should become themeable, providing the user with a better experience, especially since a lot of users prefer it to other, more complex, application launchers.

By "themeable", you mean that it should follow the Plasma theme, right? Currently it follows your widget (not Plasma widget) style, as far as I know.

I love Kickoff, but a Plasma themed Classic Menu can be very nice for users prefer this traditional menu. +1
