Create new note plasmoid, which can contains link to file and semantic information. It would be great if I can order my desktop(ex. icons) by notes.

Idea is simple: Notes element with tab/button called "more"/"related".

1. User simply drag file "my_homework" onto note "do homework for 5th feburary. Topic is: bleh blah" and new link to this file is created in note.
2. User create note "Read this later" and drag many documents, which can not be currently read
3. User create note "Go to Andrew" and drag mail with information about party in next week
4. User create note "Disagree with some think/write letter to" and drag web page with lawyer's opinion
5. User will turn on PC, see desktop and look with information is most important(which task have highest priority). He will read note and look at any related information, like game icon, web page icon, mail icon, application icon, document icon, shell command icon, etc.

Of course, user may use it in some other ways, for example:
- Create note called favorite with text "Favorite apps - don't forget about dinner " and placed any game on it.
- Create note favorite with text "Favorite apps" and place it on panel(it should behaves like drawer)
- Create few notes, like comic faces, attractive faces, etc. and organize pictures on desktop.

Sorry for describing my idea without stop and rethink idea for few seconds.

Plasma could provide ability to set note for each plasmoid. It could also working in special mode, where notes are displayed on top of plasmoids.

But both ideas are radical difference. First allow mix information from many sources.

Second is more related actually state of KDE4. User only put FolderView on desktop and write notes.

I cann't still decides which method are better, but actually first idea(which I describe on top of page) looks again better for me.

I don't know, why this idea retrieve only small amount approvals. This is only connection of note plasmoid with folderview.
