In HTML5 we've introduced with section tag. Section will split page in many sections, like content of topic, menu, etc.

It would be great to drag each section in other places of page, but I can imagine it might broke whole page. Some page can use cutter image to show as background of each section.
Maybe introducing special tag in head can repair this problem? It would be very, very nice to operate on each section and Konqueror will remember this settings.
