Switching activity in dashboard mode.

[Plasma][Dashboard] Switching activity in dashboard mode.

Show desktop/dashboard mode should be more functional. Actually I must to look on other activity:
- Switch activity
- Show dashboard
- Close dashboard
- Switch activity

It will be more functional if user can:
- Show dashboard
- Switch activity (on dashboard)
- Close dashboard

Of course, once user click show dashboard again, it will display current plasma activity, not last dashboard activity.
