[Dolphin] Instead of search option

It would be nice if Dolphin offers semantic connection for current location.

Imagine , I'm in folder with many files having photo tag. Dolphin should add link to photo virtual folder in some pane(information right pane?).

Additionally Dolphin should looks into current location/directory tags and adds links to virtual folder contains items with the same tags.
