I think it would be nice and quite useful to have a plasma widget which would essentially be something like an API or Class/Function browser. I often find myself looking up the specifics of a function or class etc., so having to look it up on the internet or look through a book to find it. A Plasma Widget would be a very convenient thing to have for that.

I myself unfortunately, don't yet have a good enough knowledge of C++ or Qt to even attempt putting something like this together, so instead I made a couple of mock-ups to further explain the idea.
