The idea is to have a list view/view framework for multimedia files.
Which can be reused in other desktop application or plasmoid.

The reason is, some desktop apps or plasmoid have list view component to display thumbnail of multimedia files.

The framework can accept optional model and delegate.
The framework has standard list view features and operations.
The framework has standard multimedia related features and operations, may be something like tagging or other things.
