I was taking screenshot of a plasmoid I'm working on to send to some friend and I realized that when using drag and drop with the pastebin plasmoid, KSnapshot uses jpeg which didn't look very good in my case.

Maybe being able to chose the image format or making png as default would be nice.

You can choose the image format, Just type in ".png" as the extension and it will save it as a png, or use the filter dropdown to select png (which will automatically change the extension as well). Once you use png, it should default to that from then on.

Thanks but It looks like it don't work.

I took a snapshot, saved it manually as a png with the "Save as" button. If I click again on "Save as", the filter is set to png but if I drag-and-drop the thumbnail on the pastebin plasmoid and it's still upload as a jpg.
