[kopete] add Jabber Contact option on "JID" in chat

the email-address sent to you in a chat could actually be a jabber ID.. mouse-down allows you a mailto:jid@domain.tld -- in that case that's totally wrong.. i'd like to add the jabber contact to my roster with a mouse-click.. i think this is a necessary feature
