"add networkfolder" ssh default encoding utf8

[dolphin] "add networkfolder" ssh default encoding utf8

the default encoding for a new sftp networkconnection (add network folder wizard) is set to "arabic" - so you have to scroll all the way down to utf8... who uses arabic encoding anyway?

pls set this option to utf8 as default value
