Get playcount from Last.FM

After a collection rescan, Amarok should get the playcount for each track from the user's Last.FM account instead of using 0 as default value.
This could be archieved using the Last.FM-API. http://www.last.fm/api/show?service=323 |

If you want to add this, it would be good to also add support for libre.fm (its practically the same API), but libre.fm is free and open source alternative, like twitter -> indenti.ca so commercial last.fm -> libre.fm
