In the KDE color scheme settings the 'current' color scheme entry doesn't say much, there is no way to find out what theme is currently applied, or if the user modified the theme.
I think it should be changed to reflect the current settings, for instance, "Current Theme: default - modified" What do you think? |

If anything if the current scheme is (all colors match) one of the named themes then it should show that theme as the selected theme. However, once you start modifying a theme how would it distinguish between just modifying a them and creating a totally new theme. I guess you could just name it "Current Theme: unsaved" indicating that it doesn't match one of the other saved themes.
