usecase:

i have several files (images) in a folder, shown on desktop 1 through "folderview" plasmoid. gimp covers up the whole desktop so i use the dashboard to get to my files.. (lower right edge of the screen) - klick and drag file "off dashboard (lower right edge of the screen to hide dashboard) - drop file into gimp window..

this does not work because while dragging a file i am not able to leave the dashboard by using the active screen edge.....

please make this possible !:|
