Setting a custom avatar to a user is very strange: I want just to click some "Browse" button and to choose an image for a user. But Kopete shows me some strange window with avatars first, then I add an image there, then I crop or don't crop it (I have never cropped an avatar in Kopete, I usually have ready images!), and finally choose it to be a user's avatar. Why don't you simplify this process?

I would suggest to keep the crop option for those who don't have readymade images but drop the window that shows a selection of avatars.
