The new and shiny Widgets bar looks cool. But still has some design flaws.

When the user drags any widget (ie. Holds it with the mouse button), everything should get out of the way. The bar and any tooltip generated by itself should evaporate. Even if your mouse is inbound the tooltip area. Optionally, the open windows should disappear in some way. Maybe like this idea:

There is no need to minimize then. Just fill t's content with plasma background.
