non obtrusive start up

Now it is really irritating. While start up I'am bombarding of dozens windows/pop ups/notifications. Let me briefly explain it.

The KDE is starting. Firefox opens, Kontact opens (and check accounts), Choqok opens, KWallet prompts for password, notification with message "no notification" (or some kind of it) pop ups. Every window obscures other, every window is maximized (except for notification, kWallet, etc - you know what I mean).

It's good these applications start but they should behave less obtrusively. Applications which can be hidden in tray should start hidden in tray. The others should be grouped in some kind of list appearing after clicking on this group. I mean something similar icon to notification one.

I think automatic hiding in system tray should be implemented by application developers, which should add to configuration dialog checkbox "Start hidden in tray" or something similar.
