Split window button

After tabbing, we should have better way to splitting windows.

KWin should support DBUS API to splitting windows in several parts. You should also add "split window vertically/horizontally" and "view all parts of window" button. This mechanism should been integrated with KDE libs, to eliminate view menu.

Why? Some body probably seen GIMP. It has great UI, designed to multiseat work. Other people don't like it, because it has this GUI.

I think split window button will be an option. Additionally, we could hide parts of windows, like toolbox, layer editor, playlist. Button show "all parts" will brink it back. We can also hide menus, etc.

There are some matter, how to integrate it with different desktop. I think, each application should created own button called "show all parts". If application don't registered any window part, they don't need it.

Other way to use is similar to tabbing in KWin. We can merge two different windows.

In future, I wish to seen this option integrated with plasma. We can split Dolphin's window and put plasma panel on right/left. I think, there should be one standard panel accessed by any window.

The idea will helps people working with two apps simulates-sly more than tabbing.
