hi!

I play A LOT with plasmoids and with my desktop's configuration, and although plasma-desktop has improved a lot since kde 4.0 I often see myself on a point where something is just not working as it is supposed to:
I've had it all:

totally missing plasmoids
missing plasmoids because of transparancy problems
suddenly changing order of virtual desktop
panels that can not be removed
plasmoid's position that do not get stored
plasmoid's sizes that do not get stored
plasma is not working with older configs (update from 4.3 to 4.4 not working ...)
(and so on)

in fact I really don't feel save with the configuration of my desktop.
Even if I backup my plasma-desktop-appletrc before I change things, it might not even work after an upgrade.

Everytime something's not working on plasma-desktop I have to look around in plasma-desktop-appletrc, and most of the time I can solve my problem with a simple change there, and it turns out that the problem occured because of an storage problem.

Now, what I want is a gui for plasma-desktop:
it should be possible to configure activities, virtual desktops and plasmoids in a hierarchically view, and it should also be possible to save different configurations.
