Hi,

my idea is to group online service settings-modules from the system settings to achieve less clutter and more structure. Otherwise the system settings would explode if more and more settings-modules would come. My idea may be related to brainstorm.php?mode=idea&i=86196 as it is a solution on how to deal with more settings modules.

The proposed group should contain such services as OpenCollaboration, last.fm, libre.fm, facebook, twitter and flickr. The settings made there would be global so there is one place to change them instead of one per apllication.

This idea may be somehow connected to Project Silk as it could help with implementing but I don't know about there status. This is it's homepage (the URL button doesn't work): http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Silk
