As i'm using two panels, i have one quite thin one, where the clock is in. Now, i want to see the weekday an date permanently, but don't want them underneath the clock, as the clock gets unreadable small then.

Back in ol' KDE 3 days (;-) ), i was able to do that, just by narrowing the panel. Is it possible, to make the clockapplet behave like this (again)?

There is an plasmoid in kde-look.org called "adjustable clock", which can do that, but it's kind of "old" and seems not actual anymore.

i don't have hard drives. i just keep 30 chinese teenagers in my basement and force them to memorize numbers (bash.org)
