In other words, this request is to add a new icon/button like the clear field icon already available in text fields which would act as though you had hit the enter key, thus submitting the text to whatever form the field belongs to.
I don't know how necessary this is as most of the time a text input element is part of a form which also has a Submit/ok/continue button which is essentially what is 'hit' when you hit the enter key while any of the other elements in the form is active (at least for web pages. If this isn't the case for other forms/dialogs then they should probably be changed to be more consistent).

Hi.
I think this is a good idea (even if I, personally, would not use it) Let's go a litthe further however I would like to see an option, after you right click on the address bar, if you have something that can be an address in the klipper "paste and go". Opera style |

Yes. I myself had thought of that sometimes, doing the same thing you do.
For instance; in Rekonq, if you copy an address using your mouse, you still have to hit enter so you can actually follow the address. This is very painfull because you HAVE to move your hand, grab your keyboard, find the key and type it. And when you're over, most of the time, you need to move your hand back to where-ever it was before. I know it's not the only software which need that feature, and integrating it in KDE (with the ability to remove it as an option) would help those applications. |

Actually, most browsers on linux support going immediately to the link when middle-mouse-pasting a link anywhere (except forms where it just pastes the text) in the page. Of course this isn't very discoverable, as most people would have no clue that you could even do that unless they accidentally middle-clicked in a browser web-page view when there was a url in the middle-mouse paste bin (or whatever you may call it).
