If we click on "Shutdown" or "Restart", a prompt comes which waits for 30 seconds and then start the process.

But for "Hibernate", this prompt does not come.

Hibernate is a time consuming process and if we click on it by mistake, we waste at least 4-5 minutes.

There should be prompt for 30 seconds for "Hibernate" to avoid this problem.
