In the amarok settings where you select what folders to include in the collection, there currently isn't any way to deselect a subfolder (or single file) from the included parent folder. You could select the subfolders you want one by one, but then you would have keep doing it over and over every time you add something new

For example, I have a folder with a couple of radiostations in my music folder that I don't want to be mixed with the rest of my music in amarok
