In Kontact, when mails are sorted by date, they are grouped by date.

This is a great feature and I propose further enhancement to this feature.

There should be option to Group the mails in hierarchy.

If this option is activated, the mails will be grouped in following hierarchy -

- Year
- Month
- Week
- Date

This should be applied to mails older than a week.
