A simple, user configurable "Send To" context menu item. It could have options like: "Email" (which would of course open your default email client with a new blank message and the file in question as an attachment), "Facebook" (this would be primarily for images I assume), "Magic Folder" (that would sort where to send the file based on a simple rule-set, like the plasmoid of the same name), you get the idea.
This feature has been featured on a number of mobile operating systems for a while now, but (nearly) anything that bridges differences between the two is a good thing. Plus, it just lends itself to making the system more fluidly social. I don't know if such a thing exists already, if so I apologize, I was unable to find it. Cheers! |

These could all be handled with service menus. That is what they are there for.

Hmm, I don't see how they do exactly this... but they are far more robust than I'd previously thought, so I will investigate further. Thanks!
