Add stream & open with support.

Actually, when user needs to open own work in other program, He/She should to write work first. In my opinion, it's not so good. I prefer to using console, because i don't have to think in this way. I only decided: redirect input to other program.

Second think is automatically integrate open with also. There's small difference between both method. This method will save file(output) into /tmp first.

How we can achieve this.

On save dialog we should have options:

1. Save as
2. Open with
a) custom command
a.1) redirect file to stdin(for console commands only; dangerous)

(We can both save and open with the file).

It also should been supported call for wait to children ends the work.
Use cases:
Peter is graphic designer. He works in a Krita. He have decided to modify some fragments in GIMP, so select it, select redirect selection to and type open in GIMP. After he ends a work, Krita automatically imports modified part of image.

Also, rename save as to redirect. Open should been renamed to export.

Konqueror and many applications of KDE have similar tool. On file menu we can select open with. Maybe instead of modifying save dialog, add open with menu to each program?
