Wobbly Windows-Stiff Title Bar

Minor option, but I think that the Wobbly Windows plugin should have the option to make the title bar "stiff" so that only the material underneath the title bar will wobble. That way, you can see where the top of the window will line up with the rest of the windows without having to turn wobbly windows off entirely. It also would look better (in my opinion) for some themes, particularly ones unlike the new Oxygen theme that have a title bar that looks like a different, more solid piece above the rest of the window.

I use border snapping for that kind of stuff. Default settings are, I believe, at 10 pixels, but I find 30 or even a little more much more useful.

That's very true. I guess I should have added in my main point, it's now edited to include it. I think it would look a bit better for themes such as "Plastik," and have just the lower part of the window wobble and not the title bar. Usability, as I had mainly before, was more to find a real "purpose" for it :)
