If I plug my camera by usb cable, it is
recognized as removable device but device manager give me only the
option to download pictures by digikam. I would like to have the option to open it with dolphin.

That has been requested, and may well come, but meanwhile, just open Dolphin after you have plugged the camera in. You'll see the camera listed in Places. Click on it and it will mount. You can ignore the notification pop-up if you do it this way. If you have Dolphin already open I think you will find that the camera appears without you doing anything.
