powerful bookmark manager

Konqueror bookmark manager is totally inefficient, at present; you cannot copy and paste subdirectories, preserving the relevant subdirectory as container.
Also, you cannot tag, filter, sort bookmarks by keywords.

My idea: a powerful bookmark manager, for konqueror and all kde applications, allowing drag and drop operations through subfolders and easy tagging and sorting by keywords.
Add to this: the text area for bookmark description could allow cross linking bookmarks and linkng to external (local or on the web) document.

If I remember correctly, there is already improvements done for bookmarking. But it is getting support for Anakondi and Nepomuk. So tagging and other features are coming.
