Allow KWIN to use different border to different WM class. It are many reasons for it:

- Allow user to recognition of specify window or window class, like message window
- Eliminate some elements of window, like icons(message window had icons)
- Doesn't make user frustrated. Actually many windows are rectangular. It's not good - when dialog window shows, user can disappoint it
- Better look & fell

Example:
a) Question window can be displayed in round-rectangle window
b) Warning window can be displayed in triangle window
c) Message window can be displayed in some other....

There are some limitations: background bug. Some windows are drawn background with image, without changing defaults background color.
