Konqueror's web-shortcuts would be usefull everywhere in KDE, that is why they should be moved from Konqueror to KIO. E.g. when I want to download a file from a special page I could do "kioclient cp spc:233464792 file.pdf" (where 233464792 is the download key and spc is the shortcut for a special download-area). Or you could have a shortcut for websvn and you could open code from svn in kate by typing ctrl+o + asvn:KDE/kdelibs/CMakeLists.txt instead of http://websvn.kde.org/*checkout*/trunk/ ... eLists.txt etc., etc.
