background-images for windows

This is the idea:

Set any image as background-image for windows.

It is already possible with bespin (ARGB) and compiz fusion (reflection plugin)

Here is a screenshot:

But unfortunately compiz does not work good together with KDE. I'd like the oxygen window decorations too.

So what would we need to implement this in KDE?

- ARGB for oxygen (Already possible with bespin)

- A fork of the reflection plugin for KWIN

It is very mutch eyecandy, for some people maybe a bit too mutch. But I think it looks really good and sure it should be optional.
