Kaffeine install should ask for file assoziations..

 the problem: i got usd to kaffeine and dragonP cannot satisfy my needs.. (WTH is it standard anyway) so i install kaffeine and then i have to setup fileassoziations manually.. solution: a post install script that asks the user if video files etc. should be assoziated with the new media player... thx
