Inspired about Mozilla's Ubiquity project I have involed to tell you about it. Ubiquity is a great concept to communication between human and computer. It is based on cutboard, where human selects part of text or even page and input command. Klipper have the same ability, but many people doesn't know about it.
My idea is to create plasmoids with icons of possible actions to do with selected part of text. We can also add command or search button. Imagine I have selected on the browser OpenSUSE word and next input "google this" to the klipper.

I only asks if you could expose Krunner features, like an actions. My idea will also allow to define more actions than today. The text based interface allows to bring many features with simplified.

I didn't understood your's question. It's quite like Krunner with klipper integration. Klipper had an actions and I will to input some think like this: google selected_text
