Window Tabbing that Works with Lowering

Currently in KDE you can middle click to group windows. However this overrides the old school ability to lower windows with a middle click.

It would be nice if they could work together.

Make the lowering delayed...

If no dragging occurs and the mouse button is release it should lower it. If dragging does occur then it groups/tabs as usual. 8)

Perhaps a keyboard modifier to toggle the function is a possibility if no one likes the first.
