Add Interface to manually configure DAAP

If you want to access a DAAP-share over internet or on a non-standard port, it would be useful to have an interface to manually configure DAAP-shares.

Plus, it's a bit annoying to have to wait up to 10 minutes after Amarok started until the (auto-detected) share appears.
