Actually to Add a note plasmoid we should add it from the widget menu.
My idea is Add a Button to note plasmoid that makes quickly to create another new note plasmoid:



After clicking on the button a New Note Plasmoid should appears:



It's a simple idea and it works as New-Document button of all text editor.

p.s. Sorry for my bad english

Additionally, it could be drag-able, so that you can drag the icon to wherever you want to drop the new note, rather than dropping the new note seemingly randomly where there's space.

I don't know whether the Plasma API allow this (at least it should) but I would prefer it to show the icon in the popup that is shown when you hover the plasmoid (when widgets unlocked) as it is anyway just possible to add new plasmoids when the widgets are unlocked.
