Closing apps by MMB on their taskbar captions

I used the Fluxbox window-manager without any DE for a long time, and I got used to certain features, such as closing tasks by clicking the middle mouse button on their icons on panel (it`s a feature of the tint2 panel).

I need this feature in KDE too. Please, tell me, how can I turn on it? Is it possible? If not, then I would be glad to see it implemented.
