source rendering preview in icon

In case of a file with a .abc extension (abc music notation), or .ly extension (lilypond music engraving), Konquerer file manager may attempt to render the top part to the file icon/preview. Of course if abc or ly e.a. is installed, and the source in the Konquerer tarbal is switched on (compile with abc e.a. enabled).
