I'm using the "now playing" plasmoid, which provides a quick access to play/pause + next buttons of amarok. I like it, but I'd prefer not having the popup showing which is the current track. I mean, if you are using amarok's OSD then you don't need it, so having a way to disable it would be the best solution IMHO.

What do you think?

yes, the popup is very annoying when amaroks osd is switched on
